Privacy Policy
Cadenzova Spotlight (“Spotlight”, spotlight.cadenzova.com) is a product of Cadenzova (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Spotlight and why.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your email address and sign-in identifiers (Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email.
- Product profiles — what you enter or what we read from the public website you give us: product name, descriptions, audience, features, colours, fonts, logo and screenshots of that website.
- Media you upload — screenshots, screen recordings, music and logos, and the videos, voice lines and music we generate for you.
- Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, product events (for example “export started”), approximate location from IP, browser and device type, collected with PostHog, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Sentry (errors).
2. How we use it
- To provide the service: analyse your website, plan and render your videos, generate voiceovers and music, store your projects.
- To bill you and prevent abuse (for example rate limits on the free website analysis).
- To send service emails: account confirmation, export notifications, payment issues, and occasional tips about an unfinished video (you can ask us to stop).
- To understand and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.
3. AI processing
To plan and edit your film we send your materials and product profile to Anthropic (Claude) and, for voice and music, text prompts to ElevenLabs. These providers process the data to return a result and under their API terms do not use it to train their models.
4. Processors
- Supabase (EU, Ireland) — database, authentication and file storage.
- Render (EU, Frankfurt) — application servers and rendering.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Anthropic — AI analysis and direction. ElevenLabs — voice and music generation.
- Stripe — payments. Resend — email delivery.
- PostHog, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Sentry — analytics and error monitoring.
5. Retention
Your projects and profiles are kept while your account exists. Watermarked preview exports are deleted 30 days after they are made, and cached render files after 45 days without use; unlocked HD exports are kept. Website analyses run before sign-up are kept for up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@cadenzova.com from your account address and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Cadenzova is operated from the United States and some processors are outside your country. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Children
Spotlight is for people aged 18 and over.
