Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Cadenzova Spotlight (“the Service”), provided by Cadenzova. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Plans, Launch Passes and credits
- Free: one launch video project with watermarked preview exports and a one-time AI credit allowance.
- Launch Pass: a one-off purchase that unlocks one video project for 1080p export without the watermark, with unlimited re-exports of that project subject to fair use (30 HD exports).
- Subscriptions (Creator, Studio) renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Monthly HD video allowances reset each month and do not roll over; purchased videos do not expire.
- AI credits pay for AI work and new renders. They have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in advance. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Because a Launch Pass or extra video unlocks digital content immediately, you agree at checkout that your right of withdrawal ends once the video is unlocked. Where the law gives you further rights, those rights apply.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to the videos you export, and you may use exported videos commercially. You grant us a licence to host, process and render your content solely to provide the Service. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including screenshots, recordings, logos, music and any website you ask us to analyse.
5. AI output
AI-generated scripts, voiceovers and music are provided for you to review. You are responsible for checking accuracy and claims before publishing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to abuse, scrape or overload the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadenzova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
